1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP CORNMEAL
4 TEAS BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEAS SALT
1 TBSP SUGAR (OPTIONAL)
1 EGG
1 CUP MILK
1/4 CUP BACON GREASE OR OIL
 

Instructions
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS. ADD MILK, EGG AND OIL. POUR INTO GREASED PAN OR PIE PLATE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS BROWNED
