     Organic Chocolate Syrup/Fudge

Ingredients
3/4 cup organic cocoa powder
1/4 to 3/4 cup local raw honey
1/4 to 3/4 cup raw organic 100% coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Nuts (optional)
 

Instructions
Play with your amounts of honey and coconut oil to discover your desired consistency and taste. If 3/4 cup honey and 3/4 cup of oil are used...it must be eaten cold OR used as chocolate syrup. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and WARM only until coconut oil and/or honey is melted enough to mix with the cocoa. Pour into a container and place in the refrigerator or freezer, unless using it as syrup, depending on how hard you want it to be when eaten.
Serving Suggestions
Coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils to use in place of any other and has the longest shelf life.
