|
Mix marinade in a bowl -- then put pork loins in plastic bag with
marinade and refrigerate overnight. Turn a couple of times.

|
Grill on BBQ - or bake in oven uncovered at 325 and take out
when meat thermometer is 160 degrees and let sit 10 min..
|

|
SAUCE- 1/2 JAR (4 0Z.) CLEAR CURRANT JELLY
1 T. SOY SAUCE
2 T. DRY SHERRY
1 TEASP BROWN GRAVY MIX
Cook in saucepan until jelly melts then add gravy mix - mixed
with a little water until you get the consistency you want.

Serve sauce drizzled over meat or in separate pitcher or bowl.
