     PORK LOIN and currant sauce

Ingredients
2 PORK LOINS TRIMMED
MARINADE
1/2 C. SOY SAUCE
1/2 C. DRY SHERRY
2. CLOVES GARLIC minced or crushed
1 teasp. DRY MUSTARD
1 teasp. DRY GINGER
1 TEASP. DRY THYME
 

Instructions
Mix marinade in a bowl -- then put pork loins in plastic bag with marinade and refrigerate overnight. Turn a couple of times.
Grill on BBQ - or bake in oven uncovered at 325 and take out when meat thermometer is 160 degrees and let sit 10 min..
SAUCE- 1/2 JAR (4 0Z.) CLEAR CURRANT JELLY 1 T. SOY SAUCE 2 T. DRY SHERRY 1 TEASP BROWN GRAVY MIX Cook in saucepan until jelly melts then add gravy mix - mixed with a little water until you get the consistency you want.
Serve sauce drizzled over meat or in separate pitcher or bowl.
