Put 1 T. of butter in the pan to prevent sticking. I cooked mine on
my gas stove because I'm more comfortable with it over the oven.
Put the chicken in when it gets warm and cover. After it had been
cooking for about 30 seconds I flipped it. Once you flip again and
are on the original side that faced up, pour the honey mixture on
it. Cover it again. From here on out I didn't time how long until I
turned it but I let the honey soak in a little bit before turning then
did the same with the opposite side. The outside definitely starts
getting darker and that will help you know when it is ready. -)
