     Cinnamon and Honey Chicken

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   5 minutes

Ingredients
Chicken
Cinnamon
Honey
Clove
Butter

Instructions
Get a boneless chicken breast. I used the 97% fat free one. Cut it in half to ensure cooking all the way without getting dry. After cutting sprinkle ground clove and cinnamon on each side. in a small separate bowl mix a little honey (not too much cause there is still sugar in it) and cinnamon together.
Put 1 T. of butter in the pan to prevent sticking. I cooked mine on my gas stove because I'm more comfortable with it over the oven. Put the chicken in when it gets warm and cover. After it had been cooking for about 30 seconds I flipped it. Once you flip again and are on the original side that faced up, pour the honey mixture on it. Cover it again. From here on out I didn't time how long until I turned it but I let the honey soak in a little bit before turning then did the same with the opposite side. The outside definitely starts getting darker and that will help you know when it is ready. -)
