97% fat free chicken, cut in half.
Cover with the balsamic, oregano, basil, and pepper.
Let marinade for five minutes, turn and repeat. (For more taste let
marinade longer)
Put extra virgin olive oil in pan on stove top and turn to medium
heat.
Place the chicken in and splash a little more Balsamic on while
cooking.
Cover the chicken and turn over a few times until it looks done!
