     Cheese Burger Pie

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 8-inch unbaked pastry shell
4 ozs. (1 cup) American cheese, shredded
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 tsp salt
 
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine beef, milk, catsup, crumbs, onion, salt, oregano and pepper. Spread in unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 35-40 minutes.
Toss together cheese and Worcestershire; spread atop meat. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
