1 Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add bacon strips.
Stir until crispy. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and drain on
paper towel.
2. Set you kitchen timer for 1 minute. keeping heat lively, sprinkle
scallops with pepper, then place in pan one by one as quickly as
possible. When they are all in start timer. When it beeps turn
scallops over. cover pan and restart timer for 1 min. When timer
goes off, immediately transfer scallops to two warm dinner plates.
