Mix all ingredients, excluding tortillas, in a large bowl.
Warm tortillas as directed on package (it makes them easier to roll). Put about 1/3-1/2 cup of mixture in the middle of each tortilla. Spread out to ends.
Roll tortilla up and place seam side down on a plate. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight for better flavor.
Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. You can serve with extra salsa to dip or by themselves.
