     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegitable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 and nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
t tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
In a large bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and oil. Beat for 1 minute
Stir in the remaining ingredients except the carrots. Beat x 1 minute
Stir in the carrots
Grease a 13x9 inch pan and dust with flour. pour batter into the ban and bake in 350 degree oven for about 35-45minutes.
