     Hash Brown Skillet Breakfast

6 slices bacon, cooked til crisp.
1 12-oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
Chopped onion and red & green peppers to taste
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, american, etc.)

Add frozen potatoes, onions, peppers to drippings from cooking bacon. Cook over low heat until underside is crisp and lightly browned. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; stir well and pour over potatoes. Top with cheese and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Cover and cook over low hear 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
