Cover the pork chops in a mixture of flour, paprika, salt and
pepper.

Pan fry the pork chops in butter (or a mix of oil and butter) until
they are almost cooked through. Put the pork in baking dish and
set aside.

Cut the onion into small wedges. If the mushrooms are too big,
then cut them into bite-size pieces.
Fry the onion and mushrooms. Add the cream and heat through.
Check for seasoning. Add salt, pepper and paprika, as needed.

Pour the cream, onion and mushroom over the pork chops and put
the dish in the oven.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 390F (200C).
