     Chicken Shepard's Pie

8 large potatoes
8 oz. tub whipped garlic cream cheese
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper each
1 tsp. thyme
16 oz. bag thawed mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Peel, chop, and boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. Then mash.
Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients then divide between 6-8 large crocks. Spread mashed potatoes on top, sealing everything in.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25 min. or until brown around the edges.
