     Spinach Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen chopped spinch (thaw/squeeze)
24 oz cottage cheese (4%)
5 eggs
6 T butter
4 oz mozzarella or cheddar (cut into small pieces)
1/2 c garlic salt
1 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything except eggs.
Add eggs. Pour into 3 quart casserole (spray with oil first). Bake about 1 hour.
