     Crescent Wrapped Brie

Ingredients
8 oz crescent rolls
8 oz round brie
1 egg (beaten)
apricot preserves
 
Instructions
Preheat to 350. Separate roll in 2 squares. Firmly press perforations to seal. Place one square onto stone. Center cheese onto square.
Cover cheese with preserves. Top with other square and press two pieces together. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
