|
Combine boiling water, butter and oats and let cool for 10 or more minutes.
|
|
|
|
Mix the dry ingredients together and stir in the oat mixture, then stir in the eggs.
|
|
|
|
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the Hershey Mini Kisses or milk chocolate chips and nuts on top.
|
|
|
|
Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes or until done.
