boil chicken breasts until almost done, chuck and saute' in olive oil, salt and pepper, paprika, garlic and onions. Add avacoda hearts right before you remove from heat.
Prepare rice. I use a rice cooker for perfect rice. Combine chicken mixture, rice, broccoli, avacodo hearts and cheese in bowl and stir.
Spoon into casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
