     Orzo, Broccoli, Feta, Olives

Ingredients
1 1/2 c orzo
1 bunch broccoli florets
1/4 c olive oil
3 T pine nuts
1/2 t crushed red pepper
3/4 c feta cheese (crumbled)
3/4 c black olives (sliced)
1/2 c parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 c fresh basil (chopped)
 

Instructions
Cook orzo until tender, but firm. Add broccoli and cook until al dente.
Separately, heat oil in skillet. Add pine nuts until golden brown. Add pepper and stir for 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Drain orzo/broccoli. Transfer to large bowl. Pour oil mixture over orzo & toss.
Add feta, olives, parmesan & basil. Season with salt & pepper.
