Brown bacon in frying pan. Set aside.

Combine sugar and flour in a saucepan (with NO HEAT). Will be used later on the stove. In a separate container, beat egg with a fork.

Add water and vinegar to egg. Stir liquid into dry ingredients in saucepan. Add bacon and as much as the fat you would like. The bacon fat helps the dressing taste.

|
Place on stove and heat while stirring until sauce thickens slightly.
