In large bowl toss shrimp with jerk seasoning. Heat wok over medium-high; add oil and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3 mins. Remove and set aside.
Add sweet potato. cook until tender, about 4 mins. Stir in black beans, garlic, jalapeno and scallions. Stir-fry 1 minute.
Stir in shrimp and orange juice. Heat 30 seconds.
Garnish with cilantro.
