Lemon-Ginger Zinger= In Juicer- Juice 2 carrots, 2 apples, 1 lemon slice and 1/4 fresh ginger. In High-Powered Blender- Replace apples with 1 cup apple juice (or more to reach desired consistency) and lemon with 1 tbs of lemon juice. Blend with remaining ingredients.
Boost Juice= In Juicer- Juice 2 apples, 1/2 pineapple (in chunks) and 1 handful each broccoli, alfalfa sprouts, watercress, parsley and kale. In High-Powered Blender- Replace apples with 1 cup apple juice. Blend with remaining ingredients.
Turbo-charge Smoothie= In Juicer- Juice 2 apples, 1/2 stick celery, 1/2 pineapple (in chunks), 1 handful spinach, 3/4 cucumber and 1 piece peeled lime. Pour into blender, puree with 1/4 avocado. In High-Powered Blender- Replace apples with 1 cup apple juice. Blend with remaining ingredients.
