1 (10-16 oz) container of yellow cherry or grape tomatoes-halved
1 (10-16 oz) container of red cherry or grape tomatoes -halved
1/2 teas salt
1/2 teas coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbls toasted pine nuts
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in basil.
Divide pasta among serving bowls; top with tomato sauce, cheese, pine nuts and additional black pepper.
