In a sauce pan combine sugar,cocoa powder,milk &
vanilla. Bring to a rolling boil. Stirring
constantly. Cook for one (1) minute. Remove from
heat. Using electric mixer, beat icing for (3)
three minutes or until mixture cools & thickens to
spreading consistency.
