Preheat oven 350F.
Grease springform pan with butter.

In Medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with
melted butter and press in bottom of pan.

In Large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until
smooth.
|
|
|
Blend in milk
Then mix in eggs one at a time
mix sour cream
mix in vanilla
then the flour
Pour filling in prepared crust
Bake in Preheated oven for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and let cake cool in oven with door
closed for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking.
CHILL in fridge
