     Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1 mason jar
1/2 - C GF quick oats
2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
2 spoonful heaps of non-fat greek yogurt
1 very, very ripe and chopped or mashed banana
1 tbsp of ground/milled flax seed or plain chia seed
Almond milk
 

Instructions
This is probably my most favorite breakfast of all. I am like a kid on Christmas Eve after I make this!
Take your mason jar and throw in oatmeal, add in the flax and chia (one or both or none) and stir well; make sure everything is mixed.
Add in banana, nut butter and greek yogurt and stir with spoon until well blended. gradually add milk and more oats if necessary. You want the consistency to be that of not milky and runny but not so thick you can stir with a spoon.
Place lids on the jar and set in the fridge and enjoy cold for breakfast. It's sooooo yummy!!!!! and well... different!
