1 lb. ground beef
1 (15-oz.) can chili beans and liquid
1 (14.5-oz.) diced tomatoes and juice
1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe 2-quart casserole. Cover. Cook on high 5 mins. Stire to break up meat.
Cook another 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
