Spray large pot with PAM or use 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set
to medium heat. Slowly saute onions until soft and transparent.
Add garlic. When onion is done, add tomato paste, water and
crushed tomatoes. Then add all spices and allow to gently boil.
Watch so pot doesnt boil over or make a mess around pot. Cook
at least 20 minutes but as much as 60. Can be refrigerated in
containers for up to 2 weeks or frozen for as long as 2 months.
