If burger is frozen, can defrost in the refrigerator in the morning
and should be ready for dinner. If last minute, put burger on paper
plate in microwave and set for 3 oz. and defrost.
Spray small fry pan with PAM. Salt and pepper one side of burger.
Heat pan to medium high and add burger. Watch heat so doesnt
burn. If you cover pan, you can cook at a slghtly lower heat and it
will cook more evenly. Cook about 3 minutes and turn over and
cook about 3 minutes more.
To be sure its done, you can either press down and make sure
there is no pink liquid coming out, or you can cut into the middle
with a knife and see if pink.
