Combine BBQ sauce, pineapples, vinegar, and brown
sugar, garlic, and onion in a saucepan. Bring it
to a boil, then allow ingredients to simmer
together at low heat for 20 minutes. Put
chicken and sauce in crock pot for desired
cooking time. After it has cooked for a few hours,
pull out chicken, and shred. Place chicken
back in crock pot for the remaining cooking
time. Serve with cheese, if desired, on a
roll. It might also taste yummy in tortillas.
