In a small saucepan, bring syrup to a boil over
medium-high heat. Boil until reduced to 2/3 c.
Stir in orange juice, butter, and soy
sauce; remove from heat. Sprinkle
fillets with salt. Brush with half of
maple mixture. Grill, covered with grill
lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees),
basting occasionally with maple mixture, 4
to 5 minutes on each side or until fish
flakes with a fork.
