1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add eggs to creamed mixture, one at a time and beat with electric mixer. Add the remainding ingredients and roll on lightly floured surface. Roll out thin.
Cook at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes.
Dough will keep in refrigerator or freezer.
