     Roasted Cauliflower 4HB

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 or 3 tbs oil or sesame oil (or both mixed)
1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbs minced garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp ground coriander (optional)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
Chop the cauliflower. Mix the oil, salt, pepper, and any of the other spices you have and wish to use and coat the cauliflower in it. Spread out on a foil-lined or nonstick pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 mins, turning every 10 mins or so, until cauliflower is tender, browned, and caramelized on the edges. (If you are using cheese, add it after the first 15 minutes.)
