Ingredients
3 lb. ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 eggs
1 pkg. soda crackers (slightly less) -crushed
pepper (no salt)
 
Instructions
Mix and form balls with tip of finger -don't roll. Brown. Freeze in layers with paper between.
Sauce- 2 cups catsup 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cups H20 Put in saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Put on cover tightly.
To brown in oven - cookie sheet at 350° for 15 minutes.
