Combine syrup, sugar in sauce pan. Bring to boil.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Mix until
smooth. Pour over cereal. Mix. Press into buttered
13 X 9 pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over
cereal mix. Cut into squares.
