Ingredients
1 horseradish root / 2 cups grated horseradish
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups cold vinegar
 

Instructions
Peel horseradish. Put in food processor and grate. Add ingredients together and stir. Let sit in refrigerator overnight before serving. Can keep in refrigerator for 4-6 weeks.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with your favorite meat
