Mix flour and oleo like pie dough. Mix yolks, H20
and lemon juice with dough. Cut dough in half. Roll
out for bottom.
Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and flour. Spread on
crust. Roll out top - slash. Frost while warm. Bake
at 375° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Use 11 X 16 pan.
Frosting - 1 cup powdered sugar, butt and vanilla -
make soft.
