     Original Toll House Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 -12oz. chocolate morsals
 
Instructions
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
Add 1/3 cup hershey chocolate (unsweetened)
For double batch - 3 1/2 cups chips.
