     Pumpkin Angel Food Cake

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 pkg. 16oz. one-step angel food cake mix
Reduced fat whipped topping
 

Instructions
In large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Prepare cake mix according to direction. Fold 1/4 of batter into pumpkin mixture. Gently fold in remaining batter. Gently spoon into an ungreased 10in. tube pan. Cut through batter with knife to remove air pocket.
Bake on the lowest oven rack at 350° for 38-44 minutes or until golden brown and cake springs bake when lightly touched. Cool an hour. Run a knife around sides and place on serving plate.
