     Sour Cream Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1 pkg. noodles
1/2 cup onions
1 - 3oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
pepper
 
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
2 - 8oz. can tomato sauce
Instructions
Fry and simmer meat in butter. Add seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain. Combine onion, cheese, and sour cream. Whip until blended. Alternate layers. Meat and noodles. Top with cheese.
