Ingredients
1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
1 garlic clove - minced
1 tbsp. whole basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 -1lb can tomatoes
2 -6oz can tomato paste
10oz. lasagna noodles
3 cups creamy cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
 
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. mozzarella cheese - thin sliced

Instructions
Brown meat. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 min stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in salted H20. Drain. Rinse.
Combine remaining ingredients except mozzarella. Place half noodles in 9 X 13. Spread half the cottage cheese filling over noddles. Add half the mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 375° about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Assemble easily in day. Refrigerate - Allow 15 minutes longer to bake.
