     Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
8 slice bacon -fried crispy and crumbled
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 -10oz. pkg. frozen mix vegetables cooked and drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese 6oz.
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup bisquick mix
1 can french onions - Durkee
 

Instructions
Grease 8 X 10 pan. Combine first 4 ingredients and 1 cup cheese. Blend soup with milk (3/4 cup). Pour over casserole. Bake covered 400° for 15 minutes. Combine bisquick with milk and 1/2 can onions. Mix drop by spoonful to form 5 biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until brown. Top with rest of cheese and onion. Bake 2-3 minutes until toasted.
