     Porcupine Balls

Ingredients
1/2 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
3/4 Cup Raw Rice Washed
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 Medium Onion Diced
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Celery Diced
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls. Place in casserole. Pour 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water over balls. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until rice is cooked.
