|
Boil yams until tender, but not mushy. Take skins off after they are cool enough to handle. They can be cubed or mashed.

Place in a 9x13 pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Take out of oven and cover with mini marshmallows. Put back in oven and bake until lightly browned.
