Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder to a large
microwave safe mug & mix well. Add the egg & mix
thoroughly. Pour in the milk, oil & mix well. Add
the chocolate chips (optional) & a small splash of
vanilla essence, then mix again. Put your mug in
the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Allow to
cool a little before tipping onto a plate
