Makes approx 6 kebabs
500 gr chicken breast cut into pieces
Marinade
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon harissa paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken
for a minimum of 2 hours.
