150g margerine or 150ml oil
150g brown sugar (i used caster sugar)
170g Self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
2 carrots shredded
1 teaspoon cinammon or nutmeg
Beat sugar and margerine or oil together. Add eggs
one by one. add shredded carrots ,flour and
spices.
Temp 160 degrees around 40 minutes.
