Method
Beat egg and sugar together. Sift flour and Baking
Powder and fold in the mixture.
Temp 170 degrees for around 20-30 minutes
When cold divide in two or three layers , wet with
Brandy or vermouth. spread jam .
In a processor corporate Irkotta with sugar and i
tablespoon of the beaten hopla.
Spread on the sponge, add roasted nuts and
chocolate and repeat each layer. Decorate with
Hopla(cream) roasted nutes, grated chocolate and
cheeries or strawberries.
