Pastry
200g plain flour
100g margerine
some salt
water
Method
Rub flour and margerine until it resembles
breadcrumbs, add salt and gradually add water
slowly until u have a dough. Leave to rest for an
hour.
Filling.
2 onions
spinach fresh or frozen boiled
Garlic ( i used fresh)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
curry
nutmeg
tuna
some black olives
Fry onions and garli together with curry and
nutmed.Add tomato paste and spinach. Finally add
tuna and mix.
When covered brush the pastry with egg white.
