1 pkt pancetta
brocolli ( i use frozen)
1 cup white wine
1 cube soffrito Cube (i use knor )
1/2 cube chicken cube in 100ml hot water
pepper and salt
Fry onion and pancetta in olive oil add soffrito
cube crumbled and wine . add brocolli and garlic
and the hot water with the cube. pepper and salt .
half way through mash the brocolli like the first
picture. boil pasta al dente and mix with the
sauce in the pan before serving and a bit of olive
oil. u can add chillies if u like.
serves 2. ready in 20 minutes
