     Chocolate Brownies with Peach jam swirl

Ingredients
150g dark chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup peach/raspberry/strawberry jam or nutella (i tried all these toppings)
 

Instructions
Pre heat oven 180deg c. Melt choc & butter. Remove from heat and whisk in the cocoa and sugar. Whisk in vanilla and eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in flour and salt. Pour into pan and smooth the top. Place jam on top in dollops. Marble the jam with a skewer. Bake for 30 - 35 min.
