For the dough I used 500grms Schar Pane Mix, 1
sachet dried yeast, 20ml olive oil, 1 1/2 cups
tepid water & 1 1/2 tsp salt. Mix everything
together in a mixer using dough attachment (hook).
When combined, leave in bowl covered with a damp
cloth to rise. I divided the dough into 4
portions, 3 I put in the freezer and 1 I used Put
dough in a dish over grease proof paper and fill
half the pastry with the desired ingredients. I
filled mine with tomato sauce, tuna, olives,
peppered cheeslets and mozzarella and closed it.
Pressed the edges with a fork and pricked the
dough on top. I cooked in a hot oven 250dg for
approx. 15 mins. Enjoy! P.S. this was my first
attempt and I am very happy with the result.
